ABOUT The Royal Horticultural Society:
The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) inspires millions of people around the world to get involved in gardening
and to appreciate the power and beauty of plants. It is driven by the sheer love of plants and the belief that gardeners make the world a better place.
For nearly 30 years RHS partners have distributed approved and licensed products to consumers around the world. The RHS selects their partners carefully to produce high quality products that are intrinsic to their brand and every product sold also helps to support their charitable work across the globe.
RHS has partnered with MR FOTHERGILLS Seeds to bring you a special range of packet seeds for Australian home gardeners. This new range of vegetable, herb and flower seeds has been developed and curated with the experts at the RHS, who believe it’s possible for everybody to enjoy growing from seed and get results, whatever space or experience they have. It includes over 75 varieties of excellent modern strains and high performance hybrids, much-loved and trusted favourites, and some more unusual varieties. The variants available will also change with the warmer and cooler seasons.
The range includes an inspiring range of flower and vegetable varieties that bear the
Society’s prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM). The RHS Award of Garden Merit is a mark of quality, awarded to garden plants with excellent garden performance. Each award is given only after a trial at an RHS garden and judged by a team of experts.
A selection of the flower collection have also been chosen from the RHS’s Plants for Pollinators list. The RHS Plants for Pollinators mark is awarded to those plants judged to be the best sources of food for pollinating insects such as bees and butterflies, using the experience of RHS entomologists, gardeners and bee-keepers.
