The New Karu 12G is a truly diverse & unique oven. Ooni have taken their decade of pizza-oven making experience and poured it into developing and manufacturing the new and improved Karu 12G. With changes made to  the chimney baffle’s, heat-resistant handle, powder-coated body and the non-slip rubber feet, every part of this Karu 12G oven has been carefully designed to deliver a pizza-making experience like no other.

The small footprint of this oven makes it great for a balcony, outdoor kitchen and your next camping adventure. Weighing in at 15.5kg the Karu 12G oven combines optimum pizza cooking performance with the freedom to use the oven on the go.

Being a Multi-Fuel Oven this means you can change your fuel to suit your cooking needs; choose wood or charcoal when a recipe calls for smoky flavours or lower cooking temperatures, or use gas (*optional gas burner not included) when hosting your next pizza party for a convenient start up and fuss-free bake. Karu 12G offers truly flexible pizza-making experience. 

The Pizza Slicer & Peel gives you all the tools you need to get started and cook successfully with the Wood & Charcoal options. A great starting set or set to pack in the car for your next camping or picnic adventure so you can cook pizza’s no matter where you are.

Ooni Karu 12G is also fully compatible with all existing Karu 12 accessories like the Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 12 and the Carry Cover for Ooni Karu 12.
