SEA TO SUMMIT NANO Lightweight Mosquito / Fly Net Pyramid Tent – Single, Permethrin treated
Are tiny biting insects ruining your outdoor experience? Midges, black flies, mozzies or sand-flies? The mozzie tent just got 60% lighter and more compact!
This tent is a must have for travelling, camping or trekking in the wilderness. This lightweight easy to use mesh tent provides essential protection against annoying flying insects such as flies, sand flies and disease carrying mosquitoes.
The asymetric design means the apex of the pyramid is nearer to the head end for more usable head room. Colored tapes at each corner and a single suspension point ensure easy set up. Half the bulk of our standard pyramid nets, the Nano Mosquito nets use an elasticised hanging cord and draw cord hem to keep it tucked under your mattress.
15D Ultra-Vis mesh makes for a very lightweight mesh with good visibility and airflow.
Fine soft Polyester mesh, provides an impenetrable bug barrier.
Treated with Permethrin, a safe and effective insecticide. Recommended by the World Health Organisation for the reduction of malaria and other flying insect borne diseases.
Halts mosquitoes, bed bugs and most nasty bities in their tracks. Insecticide treated nets (ITNs) are important in the battle against the spread of malaria and other vector borne diseases. Permethrin is an insecticide that will daze mosquitoes on contact. With repeated contact the insect will die. Permethrin treatment will dissipate with time and washing.
The dosage used on our nets has not been found to harm humans; however, if you have concerns please consult your medical practitioner.
