Producing deep red bicolour flowers that thrive in a range of climates. Simply sow where they are to grow, for delightful drifts of colour shimmering in the breeze.

Drought tolerant and hardy, these poppies require minimal care once established. Repeat sow for Summer-long displays in beds and borders.

When to Plant: Autumn and Late Winter (spring too in cool climates)

Sow: Autumn, Winter

Flowering: 16-20 weeks

Soil Type: Well Cultivated 

How to Grow: 

Sprinkle seeds over soil and cover very lightly. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings should begin to appear in 10-14 days.

Thin seedlings as necessary to 20cm (8in) apart. Keep ground moist until established. Remove dead flower heads to prolong flowering.
