A hardy winter variety that shows good disease resistance. The stems remain in top condition for long periods of time and they are slow to bulb which allows extended harvests.
It has a delicious mild flavour that is perfect in salads, soups and stir-fries. Adaptable in a range of soils.

Sow: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
Harvest: 8-12 weeks
Soil Type: Well Cultivated, Fertile
How to Grow:
Sow 6mm (1/4in) deep in rows 15cm (6in) apart. Cover with a fine layer of soil and firm gently. Keep ground moist. Seedlings should begin to appear in 10-14 days.
Seedlings should not require thinning. Ensure plants are kept well-watered and moist, particularly in dry weather. Make successive sowings every 4-6 weeks.
